BSA Alumnus Steve Towne, along with his Calvacade crew, recently reached the summit of Philmont’s Mt. Baldy (12,441 ft) and proudly displayed the BSA Alumni flag! Not one to keep still, Steve is attending the 2023 National Jamboree, 2023 World Jamboree in South Korea, Philmont in 2024 (another Calvacade) and the 2024 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC).
Steve’s continued support of and involvement in a variety of BSA activities is a great example how BSA alumni can stay involved with Scouting, travel the world, and participate in exciting and adventurous activities.
