The excitement is building for the 2026 Scouting America National Jamboree, and the call is out for adult volunteers to help make it an unforgettable experience. Scheduled to bring together thousands of Scouts from across the country, the National Jamboree is one of the most anticipated events in the Scouting program — and it relies on a dedicated team of volunteers to make it all happen.
Scouting America is now accepting applications for Jamboree staff, with roles available in a wide range of areas. Volunteers are needed in logistics and operations, health and safety, communications and media, participant support, and across program areas including STEM, aquatics, climbing, shooting sports, and more. Whether your strengths lie in planning, teaching, leading, or supporting behind the scenes, there is a place for you on the Jamboree team.
Serving on staff is more than just a volunteer opportunity — it’s a chance to make a real difference. Jamboree staff play a critical role in delivering a meaningful, high-impact experience for youth participants. In return, volunteers gain the camaraderie of working with passionate Scouters from around the country, enjoy unique opportunities for fun and service, and leave with memories that last a lifetime.
If you’re ready to be part of something big, now is the time to act. Staff applications for the 2026 National Jamboree are open and available at https://jamboree.scouting.org/staff/. Apply early to get your preferred assignment and help shape one of the most impactful events in Scouting.
Let’s build the adventure—together.
