Eagle Scout Tejasvi Manoj Named TIME Magazine 2025 Kid of the Year

by Mike Matzinger

Tejasvi Manoj, who recently achieved the rank of Eagle Scout, has been named TIME Magazine’s 2025 Kid of the Year.

From creating Shield Seniors, a groundbreaking platform that protects older adults from online scams, to serving her community through Scouting, tutoring Bhutanese refugees, and volunteering with the North Texas Food Bank, Tejasvi has shown what true servant leadership looks like.

Her work has already earned national recognition, a TEDx talk, and the attention of organizations like AARP — and now she’s making history as the first TIME Kid of the Year who is also an Eagle Scout.

Please join us in celebrating Tejasvi’s achievements and her inspiring commitment to making the world a safer, kinder place!
