Scouting America Partners with AB Motorsports

by Mike Matzinger

From Cub Scout to NHRA champion, alum Antron Brown knows that success is built one lesson, one challenge, and one opportunity at a time.

Fresh off his victory in Bristol, Tennessee, four-time NHRA Top Fuel world champion Antron Brown is showing the next generation that the values learned through Scouting, including leadership, perseverance, teamwork, and determination, can help drive success both on and off the track.

Scouting America is proud to partner with AB Motorsports, led by Antron Brown, to inspire young people through the excitement of NHRA drag racing. Supported by World Wide Technology, this partnership brings together two organizations committed to performance, innovation, and preparing the next generation for the future.

Through this partnership, Scouts and families will have opportunities for unique motorsports experiences, including behind-the-scenes access, driver meet-and-greets, and exclusive race-day programming with AB Motorsports.

Scouts will also have the opportunity to participate in NHRA’s Youth and Education Services (YES) Program, where they can explore STEM concepts through the world of drag racing, including aerodynamics, fuel chemistry, data analysis, and engineering.

Before he became a champion, Antron was a Cub Scout in New Jersey who won his Pinewood Derby. Today, he is inspiring young people to dream big, work hard, and believe in what is possible.
